Okanagan Golf Club Ladies Challenges/Interclub - 2024 Season

 

Do you like having fun with like minded ladies, while also having the opportunity to  play other courses? Then we have something fun for you!

 

Each month (from May through September) we play at and then host of Golf Club in the Okanagan. This year we are thrilled to be playing Harvest, Predator Ridge, Gallaghers, Vernon GCC, and Black Mountain golf courses.

 

Challenges (also called Interclub) are a Two Person Match Play. In other words, the best score on each hole between you and another OGC Lady against the best score of two ladies from the other club!  Handicaps are used so every skill level can play and have a chance to win.

 

 While there are trophies and bragging rights for our Challenges, all the club’s Chair Captains have agreed:

  • This as an opportunity to meet other women in the Okanagan and play other courses in an enjoyable atmosphere
  • The Challenge games follow the rules of match play which gives everyone the opportunity to play competitive golf. But It is also a great way to learn match play because you have a partner from the OGC to help you if needed.
  • We all get to showcase our terrific courses.  And we get to show off our wonderful newly renovated clubhouse!

 

So come out and have some fun while playing Match Play with an OGC partner!

 

 

How do you sign up?

  • Just email okanaganladieschallenges@gmail.com with all dates you would like to play.
  • SIgn ups will be considered in the order they are received.  We will reconfirm your availability at the start of each month to make sure your schedule hasn’t changed.
  • Priority will go to those that can play both the “home and away” games  of each course
